The Secret Ingredient
I was determined to become a nurse following in the traditional footsteps of my family. Little did I know that whilst training my "Saturday job", would lead me onto a totally different career path.
Whilst working as a temporary Kitchen Porter I discovered a flair and a passion for creating beautiful dishes and a desire to become a Chef. The passion and care I had in nursing lay the foundations of becoming who I am today but this time through my cooking.
I've worked in a variety of restaurants nationwide: from Michelin Star to small fine dining establishments. I was fortunate enough to complete a stagiaire at Le Manoir. I was also Head Chef at Whites which was awarded Best Restaurant in the East Midlands.
